Declaration on Energy Saving

To contribute in prevention of global warming,
HAKUHODO i-studio employees will keep on making efforts on conserving energy and minimizing the energy consumption in the office.

Employees encourage each other for conserving energy and reduce the electric consumption.

As a part of this effort, the air-conditioner is controlled to avoid excessive cooling and heating, and employees dress appropriately. Even for visitors, we encourage to explain this policy to reach an understanding.

Engagements

• – Light (fluorescent): Last person who leaves the office after 6:30 pm turns off the lights around his/her desk area. All lights in the office will be automatically turned off at 9:45 pm everyday.
• – Air Conditioner: A constant temperature (26°C in summer) is set and automatically turned off at 8:00 pm everyday.
• – PC and Monitor: Turned off when the user leaves the desk or office
• – Shared PC / Other equipments: Turned off after each use
• – Copy machine / Printer: The last person who leaves office after 6:30 pm turns off the power.
